PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION
We all have many visions and changes we would love to see not just in the world, but at Seven Sisters Festival.
We’re committed to continually listening, taking on feedback and making meaningful progress wherever we can with the time, resources, and finances available.
Each year, we actively listen to community feedback and use it to guide our growth. Our aim is to continually evolve into a festival that reflects the values of care, inclusion, and integrity—one the community can truly feel proud to support.
We know we won’t always get it right, but we’re here for the learning—and we’re in it for the long haul.
Below, you’ll find some of the steps we’ve taken so far.
If you would like to give use further feedback please email info@sevensistersfestival.com
- 01Over the past 10 years we’ve become more aware of the areas in which we as a festival need, and want, to change, grow, and learn. We want to ensure that all attendees at our festival have the opportunity for transformation, joy, and fun, without the risk of feeling that, due to their identity, they are not safe. We acknowledge that there have been times in the past that our festival has not provided that. We deeply apologise and are committed to doing the work to deepen the culture of Seven Sisters to be even more inclusive, compassionate and respectful going forward. We acknowledge that this work is ongoing, and we will continue to show up for it. Please read more here Over. the last few years we have introduced Guest services managers specifically to support, assist and answer questions for those with accessibility needs.

- 04Seven Sisters Festival is committed to enhancing access and inclusion, and we aim to create a Festival that reduces barriers to enable full participation for all. We recognise that the experience of disability and accessibility is diverse and unique to each individual, and we understand that both artists and audience members may still face barriers. We strive to remove as many of these as we can within our capacity. We also acknowledge that we have our own limitations—including financial and logistical constraints—and that we may not always get it right. However, we are committed to doing better. We are open, curious, and keen to learn. We welcome your feedback, ideas, and reflections—both on what could be improved and what has worked well—so that we can continue to grow and create a more inclusive experience together. INVESTMENT IN SITE ACCESSABILITY Being a regional outdoor farm site it takes time, resources and has its own challenges with accessibility.
