Welcome to the Seven Sisters Festival information hub. Here you’ll find practical details to help you prepare for your festival experience, including tickets, travel, camping, facilities and what to bring.

Think of Seven Sisters as a four-day, choose-your-own-adventure retreat for women. Dive into workshops, healing, movement, music and creativity—or slow down, follow your own rhythm and simply enjoy being part of the festival community.

Your full festival ticket includes four days and three nights of experiences, onsite camping and access to a diverse program of workshops, activities, music, performances, healing and community spaces. Come with friends, family or on your own and shape a festival experience that feels right for you.

All full festival tickets include four days and three nights of festival access, three nights of general onsite camping and access to the full festival program.

Festival tickets do not include a vehicle pass or glamping. A separate vehicle pass is required if you are bringing a vehicle onsite.

A vehicle pass is not required for day visitors parking in the designated day-parking area.

Teens must attend with a responsible adult.

Separate passes will be available for attendees staying onsite

  • Mums and Bubs vehicle pass

  • Accessible parking pass

  • Accessible parking with a powered campsite

  • Sleeping-in-vehicle pass for vehicles under 6 metres

  • Caravans, trailers and campervans pass for vehicles over 6 metres

Carpooling is encouraged wherever possible. Join our Facebook carpooling group to connect with another festival-goer, share the journey and perhaps meet a new friend before you even arrive.

GLAMPING
Step into your beautifully prepared glamping space, settle in and begin your festival feeling comfortable, relaxed and cared for.

 

All glamping packages include comfortable mattresses on raised pallet bed bases, full bedding and linen, floor rugs or matting, bedside tables, lanterns, fairy lights and simple decorative styling.

SHARED SISTERS NEST

1 Single Bed in a Shared Four-Bed Tent — $260

You may share the tent with up to three other festival guests.

SISTERS SANCTUARY

A more spacious and fully styled glamping experience, including everything in the Sister Nest package, plus two faux plants, a decorative basket, two chairs, a small coffee table and a mirror.

1 Double Bed — $1,195

2 Single Beds — $1,195

Glamping prices are GST inclusive.

Festival tickets, vehicle passes and power are not included and must be purchased separately.

  • The event will run in MOST weather conditions

  • Ticket sales are final.

  • If you cannot make it or made an error in booking you may gift your ticket or resell via Humanitix official resale option.

  • Tickets purchased through unofficial sellers may not be valid

  • If Seven Sisters Festival cancels the event, refund arrangements will be managed in accordance with the ticket terms and applicable consumer law.

ARRIVING AT SEVEN SISTERS FESTIVAL

GETTING THERE 

1755 Seymour–Tooborac Road, Glenaroua, Victoria

The festival site is approximately:

  • 15 minutes from Seymour

  • 1 hour and 30 minutes from Melbourne Airport

  • 1 hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne

Travel times are approximate and may vary with traffic and road conditions.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT OPTIONS 

V/Line trains operate between Southern Cross Station and Seymour Station.

From Seymour Station, you will need to arrange a taxi or other transport to the festival site. The journey is approximately 15 minutes.

Taxi availability may be limited during the festival, so advance bookings are strongly recommended.

Before travelling, check the latest V/Line timetable and any planned service changes. Replacement coaches sometimes operate during rail works.

TRAVELLING FROM MELBOURNE AIRPORT

Catch the SkyBus from Melbourne Airport to Southern Cross Station, then take a V/Line service to Seymour.

From Seymour Station, arrange a pre-booked taxi to the festival site.

Allow plenty of time for connections and check current fares, timetables and service updates before travelling.

CAR POOLING

Carpooling is warmly encouraged.

​​ARRIVAL ONSITE & TICKETING

When you arrive, follow the festival signs to the ticketing entry.
Drive 750m along the 3 lane Ticketing Entry Road “Happiness Hwy” and stay in your car while our team scans your ticket.

Have your Festival Ticket and car pass (if camping) ready on your phone when you reach the gate. 

Once checked in, you will receive your festival wristband and directions to the appropriate camping or parking area.

​WAITING BAY

A waiting bay will be available after ticketing for anyone who would like to regroup with friends before entering the campground together.

KISS AND GO/DROP OFF

The Kiss and Go/ Drop off area is located at the main gate. Your ticket can be scanned here. This area is designed for anyone who needs to be dropped off or picked up from the site during the festival.

THUR:11:00am-9:00pm * No entry after gates close | exit only

  • 10am: Accessible, Caravans & Mums & Bubs

  • 11am:  First round of General Guests, Sleeping in vehicles & Glamping

  • 12:30pm: Second entry time General Guests, Sleeping in vehicles & Glamping

FRI: 7:30am –12:30pm (Exit until 11pm)

SAT: 7:30am –12:30pm (Exit until 11pm)

SUN: 7:30am – 12:30pm (Exit until 5pm)

AT THE FESTIVAL

HOW IT WORKS & WHAT TO EXPECT 

Seven Sisters Festival is a soulful celebration of connection, growth, and feminine wisdom. Over four magical days, you'll be invited to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and awaken your senses through movement, music, creativity, and ceremony. Whether you're dancing under the stars, listening to heartfelt stories, exploring healing workshops, or simply resting beneath the trees, you'll be held in a nourishing space of healing and self-discovery. Expect to leave feeling inspired, empowered, and deeply connected—to yourself, to others, and to something greater.

​​​PROGRAM & TIMING:

  • START:  Thursday at 2pm with Welcome to Country & Smoking Ceremony hosted by local Taungurung Elders.

  • DAILY PROGRAM: 

    • ​THUR 3pm - 11pm

    • FRI:    7am-  11pm

    • SAT:   7am - 11pm

    • SUN: 7am - 3.30pm

  • END: 3.30pm on Sunday after the closing ceremony

PROGRAM ACTIVITIES:

All program activities will be updated on our website and be released from September onwards.  All activities are optional.

No pre-bookings required for workshops or performances

All activities and craft materials are included in your ticket.

YOU CHOOSE YOUR OWN EXPERIENCE from the following

  • Workshop Program Over 140+ workshops in 8 venues 

  • Performers: 30+ Performances including fire dancers, DJ's, musicians, dancers, poetry sessions

  • Food Market
    A variety of delicious food and beverage vendors (who cater for common dietary restrictions) and your coffee needs

  • Market Village
    More than 80+ retail stalls for you to explore and treat yourself in. 

  • Healing Haven Book in for a session by donation with one of our 80+ healers & psychics. 

  • Open Mic: Watch & partake in our infamous open mic

  • Art & Installations: Explore the artwork around the grounds 

  • Hammock Land: A comfortable shaded place to rest

  • Retreat Lounges: Red Tent, Rainbow Tent,Teens Lounge and Mums & Bubs Lounge all welcome you to retreat within them. 

OPTIONAL EXTRAS: include - food & market stall purchases, donations for massages and healing treatments)

PROGRAM & APP:

  • You will receive a timetable & map on arrival

  • Our Festival Website & App will also host the program.

WORKSHOP ETTIQUETTE

  • No pre-bookings required – just arrive 10 mins early

  • Wait outside the workshop space until invited in

  • Some workshops may close doors once they begin & a sign will indicate that.

  • Most workshops run twice – catch a later one if needed

SELF CARE 

  • All workshops and activities at the festival are completely optional—you're welcome to join what feels right for you and leave at any time. Your wellbeing is a priority. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, triggered, or simply need someone to talk to, our onsite counsellors are available for support.

  • If you have concerns or wish to report something within a workshop, please visit the Info Tent and ask to speak with the Presenter Manager. We're here to ensure your experience is safe, respectful, and empowering.

Most attendees choose to Camp, Glamp or sleep onsite in their Vehicle, Motorhome or Caravan.
Those who aren't campers, stay offsite at their homes or local Accommodation & drive in for the day.

CAMPING & PARKING

Glamping

CAMPSITES & ZONES
General camping is included with your ticket, however if you wish to bring a vehicle there is an associated booking fee and may have a different prices for different areas. NOTE: Fee is per car, not per person. 5 people can camp within an area with 1 vehicle pass if they arrive together..  

  1. General camping - ($50 per car)

  2. Mums & Bubs zone ($50 per car)

  3. Glamping (book separately) ($50 per car)

  4. Sleeping in Vehicle campgrounds ($80 per car- limited)

  5. RVs/caravans/trailers (reserved 4x14m plots- $180 per vehicle - limited)

  6. Accessible camping (with reserved spots)- $50 per car or $180 for a powered plot.

All camping areas are first-come, first-served. Cars park near campsites but not directly beside tents for safety.

VEHICLE PASSES REQUIRED

  • All campers must purchase a car pass (from $50) to reduce traffic onsite. 1 Car pass per car, not per person. (DAY GUESTS - do not need a vehicle/car pass)

  • Caravan/trailer spots cost $180 + BF, and include a level, accessible space (no power or water).

FIRE BAN 🔥
The entire site is under a Total Fire Ban:

  • No fires, candles, incense, gas stoves or BBQs (confiscated if brought)

  • No sparklers, flares, or firework

 

FACILITIES 🚿

The site is a working farm—festival facilities include:

  • Free hot showers (be waterwise)

  • Portaloos & composting toilets

  • Accessible toilets & showers in designated zone

  • Hot water station for thermos refills

  • Wash station - to wash reusable mugs etc

  • No cooking or refrigeration facilities (ice available to purchase)

  • Food vendors onsite with a wide variety of delicious, dietary-friendly meals

CAR PASSES, PARKING & CAR MOVEMENT 

  • All guests camping onsite require a car pass/ caravan pass/ sleeping in vehicle pass, mums & bubs or accessible car pass.

  • Only 1 car pass needed per car, not per person. 

  • Day guests, do not require a car pass.

  • Please take note of the arrival time listed on the car pass.

  • For safety reason, please drive no faster than 5km per hour on-site

  • The Day parking is situated in the Eastern Paddock (near the entry gate)

  • General Parking for Camping guests is in the Western Paddock (festival zone).

  • Camping and parking is separate unless you have purchased a sleeping-in vehicle pass/mums & bubs or accessible pass.

  • Please note Sleeping In vehicle pass and general camping are in different zones.

GENERAL CAMPING

(Tents & sleeping in Car under 6m) 

  • There are no marked-out plots for general camping zones (sleeping in vehicle, mums & bubs, and accessible sites do have marked-up zones)

  • Car parking and Camping are separate for safety reasons. 

  • For safety reasons, once you are parked, there are minimal vehicle movements onsite. 

  • Also, don't peg into any paint spray/ chalk lines (this is where our underground water pipes are located.

  • Do bring strong pegs and mallet as our ground is hard.

CARAVAN / TRAILERS / RV / CAMPERVANS

  • There is a dedicated caravan area.

  • This area is for Campervan's and RV's that are over 6m and all camper trailers and caravans (no matter the size).

  • You MUST have a caravan ticket to camp in this section.  (Space is limited)

  • Please note there is a Caravan parking in the Mums and Bubs & Accessible Area.

Need assistance parking your caravan & setting it up?

You are allowed to enter the festival with a non-ticketed support person from 10am-11am on the first day of the festival. Support persons must be off-site from 11am, As the festival begins at 11:00 am. This only applies to people with caravan, mum's & bub's or an accessible car pass.

  • Each caravan site is approx 4m x 14m. All vehicles need to be self-contained.

  • No generators are permitted that are not in built.

  • No power, water, or waste services are provided.

GLAMPING

GLAMP UNDER THE STARS THIS SEVEN SISTERS

Keen to come along and stay onsite, but not into camping? 

Are you traveling interstate or have no gear?

 

Let our Glamping experts set you up with a Glamping Tent, either basic (tent & bed only) or furnished (equipped with lighting, bedding, linen and décor) to enjoy your Seven Sisters Festival experience with more ease, comfort and style.

​​​​BOOKING & TENT OPTIONS:

  • All glamping tent hire is for three nights, one night bookings are not available.

  • Book for yourself or share with up to 3 friends. 

  • Choose from our Sisters Nest or upgrade to the more spacious Sisters Sanctuary. Inclusions are listed on the ticketing page.

  • Single and double bed configurations are available.

  • Glamping goes on sale on 4 August at 12 noon and can be added through Humanitix.

  • Flexible payment plans are available on eligible bookings through Humanitix

 

SHARED ACCOMMODATION

SISTERS NEST is available for a 4-person tent. Make friends, and share the cost. Limited places are available.

$260 per person for three nights 

POWER

Power is available only where required for medical reasons and must be arranged in advance.

Powered glamping sites are located in the accessible camping area and may incur an additional fee.

All glamping tents include battery-powered lanterns. Please bring a charged power bank for your phone or use the charging facilities available at the Info Tent.

 

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED

Glamping bookings do not include:

  • festival tickets

  • vehicle passes

  • food or drinks

  • powered sites, unless arranged for medical reasons

  • any items not listed in the package inclusions

HOW BIG ARE THE TENTS?

Bell tents are approximately 5 metres in diameter and 2.5 metres high at the centre.

Seven Sisters Festival is an event for those who self identify with the experience of womanhood—including cis women, trans women, non-binary, and gender-diverse people who feel deeply aligned with women-centered spaces.
