Seven Sisters Festival has been a vibrant platform for women and gender-diverse people to step forward, share their gifts, and co-create a space of inspiration, connection, and transformation.
Whether you’re a presenter, performer, healer, reader, artist, stall holder, volunteer, or crew member, there are many ways to get involved and contribute to the magic.

Seven Sisters is committed to creating a festival that honours diversity, equity, and cultural inclusion.
To support this, we’ve allocated a number of free and funded placements across all areas of the festival—offering space for individuals and organisations to share knowledge, lead activities, and spark conversations around culture, gender, sexuality, the environment, lived experience, and other important causes.

Thank you for your interest in presenting at Seven Sisters Festival 2027—a vibrant, transformative gathering of over 2,500 attendees.
Presenting at Seven Sisters is a rare opportunity to showcase your work to 30–200+ aligned attendees in a fully equipped, beautifully curated space—with your offering promoted to an audience of over 40,000. For just $240, you receive setup venue, sound, support staff, décor, and professional marketing—making it one of the most impactful visibility opportunities for heart-led businesses and practitioners out there.

Types of Presenters
General Presenters

Workshops run for 1–1.5 hours

May be repeated 1–3 times across the weekend

Workshops must be standalone (no part 1 & 2 formats)

Past workshops that were successful are encouraged to reapply

Craft Presenters

Facilitate a 4-hour drop-in style session in our Craft Tent

Includes $400 supply budget + core craft materials provided

Supported by a festival guardian and your assistant

Receive 2 free full festival tickets (presenter + assistant), including 3 nights camping and access to the full program
Presenter Tickets & Inclusions
To confirm your place once accepted, presenters are required to purchase a subsidised ticket to contribute toward administration, marketing, and event management costs.

Insurance Requirements
If your offering involves physical movement & corrective touch (e.g. yoga, dance), you must hold appropriate insurance:

APPLICATIONS OPEN
VOLUNTEER EXCHANGE
In exchange for your time and energy, you'll receive a full-access 4-day/3-night ticket including general camping ( you need to bring and set up your own tent). There are multiple ways to get involved:
VOLUNTEER OPTIONS
Option 1: Set-Up / Pack-Down (24 hours)

Volunteer Ticket Process
To support accessibility while ensuring accountability, we ask volunteers to:

Pay a Volunteer commitment fee (non-refundable, covers admin & camping) of $55 + BF (ticket platform booking fee)

Fulfil their volunteer shift requirements

If shifts are not fulfilled, the volunteer agrees to pay the full ticket price ($539) + a $50 admin fee.

APPLY TO PERFORM
We now invite submissions for expressions of interest from artists and performers for our two music areas; the Heart stage and the Chai tent. Roving performances and acts are scheduled to occur day or night during the grounds .
Set times:
Dj sets: 60-90 mins
Live music performance: 45 - 60 mins
Dance performance: 20 - 30 mins
Roving performers: - 2 x 1-2 hours
Actors: (dependant on performance)
Camping:
The Festival does not provide transportation or accommodation for performers. We kindly request that performers make their own arrangements for camping/accommodation and transfers to and from the event. Our festival site is situated approximately 1.5hrs north of Melbourne CBD & 1hr 10 mins from Melbourne Airport. For those interested in carpooling, please join our Facebook Car Pooling Page
Insurance:
Please note roving performers and dancers are required to have public liability insurance for their specific skill.

The Seven Sisters Market Village is a valued and much loved part of our exciting 4 day, 3 night womens+ wellness festival which is designed to inspire, empower and delight women of all ages. Each year we get more applications and a very high demand for return stalls.
We accept all kinds of stalls from Healing, clothes, jewellery, tarot reading, books, health products and more.
Available Operating Hours:
Thur 15 April: 10am - 11pm
Fri 16 April: 7am - 11pm
Sat 17 April: 7am -11pm
Sun 18 April: 7am - 3pm
Set Up:
Wed 14 April - All stalls are required to bump in the day prior to the festival (There will be staggered times based on allocated areas)
Pack Up:
Sun 18 April 3:30pm - 6pm
NB: To trade during the evening you must have lighting due to OH&S reasons.
During daylight savings darkness descends at approximately 8pm.
Insurance:
You must have your own Public Liability insurance to trade.
Small Stall:
3m x 3m stall space
2 entry tickets + 1 regular car levy
Power included: 1 x 10amp lead for stall use only
$840 + booking fee (incl. GST)
Large Stall:
6m x 3m stall space
4 entry tickets + 2 regular car levies
Power included: 1 x 10amp lead for stall use only
$1,575 + booking fee (incl. GST)
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - BACK OF HOUSE SPACE
Back-of-house space is not guaranteed and may be restricted due to site congestion and spacing.
If no back-of-house space is available, stallholders may need to camp in the designated market stall camping area. Tents only are permitted in this area.
Caravans, RVs over 6m, camper trailers and sleeping in vehicles require an additional allocated camping ticket.
If back-of-house space is provided, it is for storage/camping only and must not be used for stall setup or trading.
Allocation will be confirmed upon acceptance.
Arrival & Departure Times & Trading
Stallholders are required to arrive on Wednesday 14 April 2027 for set-up. Arrival times will be staggered according to your allocated market section and confirmed prior to the festival.
Allocated arrival times are strict and must be followed. Please do not arrive earlier or later than your confirmed time unless you have received prior approval from the festival team.
You will be able to drive to your allocated site to unload your equipment. Late arrivals may be refused entry for safety and operational reasons.
Seven Sisters Festival is a women-only event. To honour the intention of the space, only women may remain onsite during festival operating hours.
Non-attending support people are welcome to assist with bump-in and bump-out outside festival hours:

Sunday 18 April: after 4:00 pm
Stalls must be fully set up and ready to trade by 10:00 am on Thursday 15 April.
Stallholders are required to remain open until 3:00 pm on Sunday 18 April.
The festival program concludes at approximately 3:30 pm on Sunday. Pack-down may begin after this time, however vehicles must not move onsite until festival management gives the all-clear, expected after 4:00 pm.
Further bump-in, trading and bump-out information will be provided upon acceptance.

The Seven Sisters Food Village is a valued and much loved part of our exciting 4 day, 3 night womens+ wellness festival which is designed to inspire, empower and delight women of all ages. Each year we get more applications and a very high demand for return stalls. Please ensure you include your best photos and well articulated description of your food/product for the highest chance of acceptance.

Final cost will be given depending on type of vendor/stall type, products served, power usage and staff needs. An offer will be made on acceptance.
Arrival & Departure Times & Trading:
You MUST arrive on Wednesday14 April to set up your infrastructure and have your power connected by our electrician.
You will be able to drive to your allocated plot and unload your equipment. Any late arrivals may be refused entry due to OH&S reasons. There will be staggered arrival times.
Seven Sisters Festival is a Women+ only event. To honour the intention of the space, we ask that only those who identify with womanhood be onsite during festival hours.
Other individuals are welcome to assist in the set up and pack down outside of the above operational event times. I.e between 2pm - 6pm Wednesday14 April and after 4pm on Sunday 18 April.
Vendors must be ready to trade by 10am on Thursday 15 April.
You MUST stay open until 3pm on Sunday 18 April
The event entertainment concludes at 3.30pm on Sunday afternoon you will be able to pack down your stall and await the all clear from management to be able to move a car on site after 4pm.
Further information will be provided on acceptance.

BE A FEATURED HEALER & READER STALL AT SEVEN SISTERS 2027

Join the Healing Haven and Divination Space to share your gifts and skill sets with a community of open minded, wellbeing orientated women.
Seven Sisters healing village is a great opportunity to build your professional reputation, generate new clients and build awareness of your unique offerings. Share your gifts and enjoy the delights of the festival.
How does it work?
We create and manage the Healing Haven space for you, including tables, chairs, client bookings and session times.
Practitioners bring any specialist equipment or supplies required for their own modality, such as cards, oils, towels or other treatment materials.
Healing Haven practitioners contribute a total of 6 hours across two 3-hour shifts, with the option to offer additional hours if they wish.
Sessions run for 25 minutes, followed by a 5-minute changeover break, allowing for up to 12 sessions across your allocated shifts.
Sessions are offered from $40, with guests welcome to contribute more if they wish. Payment is made directly to the practitioner.
Practitioner Ticket
The Healing Haven Practitioner ticket is $185 + Humanitix booking fee and is purchased after your application has been accepted.
Your practitioner ticket gives you the opportunity to share your work with new clients, receive session payments directly, and enjoy the festival outside your allocated Healing Haven shifts.
Vehicle passes and accommodation, including glamping, are additional costs.
Healers, Body workers, consultants & Readers have two options:
1. Join the Healing Haven community
Let us manage the space, bookings and session times for you. You provide sessions for a total of 6 hours across the festival, leaving the rest of the 4-day, 3-night festival to enjoy. See full details below.
2. Run your own stall
Alternatively, you can host and manage your own stall, set your own fees and appointment times, and manage your bookings independently. Standard market stall fees and conditions apply. Please read more and apply under Market Stalls.
Insurance:
All Healing Haven practitioners are required to hold appropriate insurance for the services they provide.

Across the festival grounds, you’ll find peaceful retreat spaces to rest, relax, and recharge, along with inspiring artists creating live paintings, interactive artworks, community projects, and hands-on craft activities to spark your creativity.
This year, we’re welcoming long-term, permanent installations—think gardens, sculptures, and immersive art experiences.
All contributors will have support to set up prior to the festival.
