Information on how to enter this promotion and the prize to be won forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants (“you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.
 

The competition opens at 6:00pm AEST on Friday 18 September 2026 and closes at 6:00pm AEST on Friday 25 September 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
 

Entries must be received before the end of the Promotional Period. Entries are deemed to be made at the time they are received by the Promoter, not the time of posting or transmission by the entrant. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for any reason, including technical errors, misdirection or misspellings.
 

There will be one prize consisting of 2x Full Festival Tickets to Seven Sisters Festival 2027 (“Prize”). The Prize is for the 2027 festival and is subject to the Festival’s applicable Terms and Conditions of Sale and Entry.
 

The winner draw will take place on Sunday 27 September 2026 in Nagambie, Victoria.
 

The winner will be notified using the contact details supplied with their entry and the winner will be announced on this page following the draw. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure the Promoter can contact them.
 

If a winner does not claim or respond to the Prize within the timeframe specified by the Promoter in the winner notification, the Promoter may, subject to applicable law, conduct a further draw or otherwise deal with the unclaimed Prize as permitted by law.
 

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where the Promoter reasonably believes the entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions, provided false information, manipulated the promotion, used fraudulent means, or otherwise acted unlawfully or improperly.
 

Entrants are responsible for any costs associated with entering the promotion or claiming and using the Prize, including travel, accommodation, meals and any other expenses not expressly included in the Prize.
 

The Prize is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be combined with another offer, promotion or prize unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing.
 

If the Prize, or any part of it, becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute it with an alternative prize of equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to applicable law.
 

The winner will be required to comply with the Seven Sisters Festival Terms and Conditions of Sale and Entry. These include the Festival’s rules concerning ticket use, resale, onsite conduct, photography and footage, safety, refunds and other Festival requirements.
 

By entering, entrants acknowledge that the promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform used to promote the Giveaway. Entrants release those platforms from responsibility to the fullest extent permitted by law.
 

Where an entry involves submitting comments, photographs, videos or other material (“Content”), entrants are responsible for ensuring that their Content is lawful and does not infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights. The Promoter may remove or decline to publish Content that it considers inappropriate or unsuitable.
 

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for loss, damage, delay, technical failure, unauthorised access, interference, or any entry or Prize that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
 

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian consumer protection law.
 

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway may be used for the purpose of conducting and administering the promotion, contacting entrants and the winner, and as otherwise described in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for these purposes.
 

The Promoter will take reasonable steps to protect personal information. Information about how Seven Sisters Festival collects, uses and handles personal information is set out in its current Privacy Policy.
 

If the promotion is interfered with or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated because of circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may, to the fullest extent permitted by law, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.
 

The laws of Victoria, Australia apply to this promotion and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
