Mandates have lifted and to encourage Victorians out into the world again, supporting the artists and hospitality community, the Victorian Government have released a Dining and Entertainment Program which offers 25 per cent back on dining and entertainment experiences across the state - including Seven Sisters.  

This scheme is available until June 30th or until funds are exhausted.

Neighbours Pass -$0 (within 3km or who live on Seymour-Tooborac Rd)


BF= Booking Fee is combined cost of ticketing provider costs & credit card fee approximately - $10

What if I can't come - can I give or sell my ticket to someone else? What about name changes? 

Yes, you can give or sell your ticket to another person. Name changes are important due to COVID-19 requirements.

If you wish to sell your ticket, you can do so at our ticket resale platform tixel.com who coordinate name changes for you.

Can I share my ticket with multiple people over the weekend? 

No, a ticket is for one person only. One-day tickets can be purchased for Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 October. 

Where can I sell my ticket if I need to or where can I find one if I miss out?

Tickets can be found and sold at ticketing resale platform tixel.com.

Tell me about payment plans?

Payment plans are available over 1 initial payment and subsequent 5 fortnightly payments. See details here.

Like previous years - tickets are only issued once full payment has been received and will not be transferred prior.

If payments are defaulted, the tickets and payment are forfeit. You can pay off a ticket early by Oztix on1300 762 545.

Refunds/ Cancellations & Covid 

Restrictions and recommendations are constantly evolving, Seven Sisters Festival will keep you posted if Government policies require an update or change to the below information.

Cancellation & Postponement

If the Oct event is cancelled your ticket will automatically transfer to our secondary festival dates, March 22-24 2023 unless otherwise stated. You will not be eligible for a refund due to change of date, so please consider the two listed dates when booking. You are however welcome to onsell your tickets at our ticketing reselling platform tixel.com.

A full 3 Year credit voucher to the full value of the ticket excluding booking fees will be available for any events run by Seven Sisters Festival:

  • If a patron is identified as COVID-19 symptomatic at the festival check in gate as requested to leave the event & receive a COVID-19 test;

  • If a patron is identified as COVID-19 symptomatic by our medical professionals during the event, where they will be requested to leave the event & receive a covid test; 

  • If you have you been in close contact with a person who is diagnosed as coronavirus (COVID-19) positive case, are an active coronavirus (COVID-19) case or have been in a Covid 19 hot spot or exposure site and have been directed from the Victorian and or other State Governments to isolate and/or quarantine; or

  • If at the time of the festival your postcode is subject to restrictions specifically preventing you from travelling to the scheduled event. This includes attendees from an interstate designated orange or red zone (under the Victorian Travel Permit System) who don’t wish to quarantine,


and should patrons request a credit voucher on a basis of one of the above reasons, Seven Sisters is entitled to request supporting evidence for such patron's circumstances, prior to Seven Sisters providing any credit voucher, which such evidence may be deemed satisfactory or unsatisfactory for Seven Sisters to grant a credit voucher, acting reasonably.

Are Covid-19 Vaccines required for entry?

No, as of 22nd April 2022, Victoria entered a new phase of the Covid Safe Settings Roadmap, the Victorian government no longer requires that all festival attendees are double-vaccinated or required to show their Covid-19 vaccine certificate upon entry. We are pleased to welcome all those who wish to attend.   
We will continue to review and update this statement in line with Government guidelines. 

Refunds for not attending due to personal, medial or reasons other than COVID-19? 

For all other circumstances that mean you can’t attend the event, our standard refund policy applies, which is outlined in the 2022 Seven Sisters Festival Terms and Conditions.
