We’re delighted to introduce you to the passionate, dedicated team that brings the Seven Sisters Festival to life.

Behind the scenes, our team orchestrates every detail—from programming and site planning to communications, safety, logistics, and community care. This includes vendor management, stakeholder engagement, traffic and camping coordination, volunteer and staff training, budgeting, ticketing, marketing, production, and so much more.

We are proud to be a women-led organisation that centres collaboration, care, and purpose. Our team includes cis and trans women, and gender-diverse folk who feel aligned with the values of this space. Each member brings unique gifts, expertise, and heart to the work—ensuring the festival reflects the richness and diversity of the community it serves.
